Ashland Ave. #8 Chicago, IL 60640 Sublease - 1 month August 1 - 31, 2020 Rent: $1080 (includes pet rent, maintenance fees, and renter's insurance) No move-in fee or application fee for sublease The landlord should be able to set-up access to the payment portal so you can pay them the rent for August directly. This is what they did for me when I subleased. New Lease - September 1, 2020, to August 31, 2021 Rent: $1125 (includes pet rent and maintenance fees) Renter's Insurance: Show proof of insurance to the landlord or pay an additional $11/month ($7 insurance fee, $4 admin fee) With the new lease the landlord will likely as for the following, but we can confirm if anything has changed since I signed my lease.
